This command can be used to change a Papyrus property value.
setpv [papyrus property name] [value]
| Papyrus Property Name | The name of the Papyrus property, e.g: bCommandable, bAllowMove, bAllowCaravan. |
| Value | The value you wish to set the Papyrus property to, usually 0 for false, 1 for true. |
