This command will enable or disable (toggle) AI for the target. Usually, any target with a disabled ID will freeze until it their AI is re-enabled.

If AI is enabled for the targeted NPC, this command will disable it. If AI is disabled for the targeted NPC, this command will enable it. When AI is disabled, NPCs will freeze.
