This command will remove all items from the inventory of the target. If you choose to specify a recipient ID as an argument, the items will be moved from the target to the recipient's inventory.
removeallitems [recipient id] Target Command
| Recipient ID | Optional - if this is not specified, the inventory items will be deleted. The ID of the character/inventory you wish to move the items to - e.g. 'player' to move the items from the target's inventory to your own. |

The above command would clear the inventory of the NPC or container with reference ID ff0084953.
ff0084953.removeAllItems player
This cheat would take all of the items from the inventory of the container or NPC with reference ID ff0084953 and move them to the inventory of player (your inventory).
